Acute Exacerbation of COPD in Pulmonology Department of Hospital. A Prospective Observational Study

      Аннотация: The present study was performed to improve the quality of life of patients with acute exacerbations of COPD, treat effectively and to prevent future incidence. Patient counseling and life style modifications along with adherent therapy play a key role. Although there are many interventions available to prevent exacerbations, underlying the need for novel clinical interventions is still being developed. The prevalence of COPD disease is about 251 million cases in 2016 and the deaths estimated were 3.17 million in 2015 globally meanwhile 5% of deaths in a year were estimated globally.
