Motivation and Teacher. Analysis of the factors that influence motivation of selected public secondary school teachers in Ethiopia

With your goal in mind, identify constraint influences motivation of the workers in the system (i.e. bottlenecks) and focus on improving the output of that constraint without worrying about the productivity of all related processes. Advance motivation and great achievement of the goal.Hence, this book attempts to a valuable input to reach challenges education quality in teaching and learning process are facing in different countries.
