Re- Imposing Neoliberal Domination in the Global South. The Dynamics of forced Neoliberalism and Its Discontents in Nigeria

      Аннотация: As the global south attempts to break free from decades of economic debacles, the discourse in this book on Neo-liberalism is poised to present a seminal position on the way forward from this quagmire. The myth of ‘trickle down’ economics is soundly debunked by the well-articulated study attempts a precise autopsy of Nigeria political economy affording the reader a unique and un-prejudiced insight into the annals of governance in Nigeria. To put all this in perspective Abdulyakeen examines the political economy of Samir Amin and balances his discourse within the current security quagmire of terrorism in Northern Nigeria.
