      Аннотация: Improving information processing methods is a necessary process for the scientific and technological progress. Human's life cannot be dissociated from the IT. Soon everything that was fiction will become reality. For this, it is important to rationally apply the most modern achievements, discoveries and technologies. Nowadays, new computer technologies are a relevant industry for educational tasks, medical research, service delivery, management, and production processes. This book evokes the network technology as an agreed set of standard protocols, software and hardware that are implemented to build a network. This determines how access to the data carrier will be obtained. It also treats how it all began, areas of use, what is this for, how to preserve the performance of the network against a huge number of users demands, and well obviously facing network congestion.
