Basic Research Achievements and Applications of Quality Management:. Quality Laws, Standard to fulfill one’s Withes with Quality and Mobilization-manner Management Method

      Аннотация: The basic theory research of quality management is a weak link. This led to a jungle of management theories. The quality management theory lacks not only a basic principle related to the formation, movement and change of quality, but also management ethics, norms and world outlook closely related to quality management. The new achievements introduced in this book are as follows: discovering the law of quality — the output quality of behavior is equivalent to the input quality of life (the higher the output quality of behavior, the more resources will be obtained); advocating the standard to fulfil one’s withes with quality (this is also the new social ethics and world outlook) — realize ours good wishes by improving the quality of behavior; establish of a management mode combining mobilization-manner management and constraint-manner management; defining "quality is positive degree"; pointing out that quality is not only valuable in itself, but also a rough expression of value.
