Аннотация: Due to the increasingly high level of performance achieved in major competitions, the coach's work has become more and more complex and special, in an attempt to transform performance training into a more modern and harmonious process. In this sense, we have turned to a multitude of ways to modernize the training sessions, by finding newer and better solutions, solutions that can be used daily. Some of these are: the conditions simulator; the biomechanical motion optimization model for marching conditions; the systemic approach to the high-productivity training problem; applying the "DMU Kinematics" module to marching step modeling, as a future approach; applying statistical analysis methods to training data; data acquisition (respiratory rhythm, temperature, and cardiac frequency – during and after the effort) using the LabView method; using the taguchi method in high-performance training and to optimize the training of high-performance marathon runners; motivational-related issues in relation to the practicing of a performance sport are herein tackled.
