It has engulfed millions of life’s by its deadly effect and addiction proving its venomous potency. People for years have neglected the malicious harm it has been causing due to lack of knowledge on its implications. However, people around the world are now ready to claim their right to health and healthy living in order to protect their future generations. . Year on year as by the progression of development is taking place and the number of educated individuals is going up the present age millennials are realizing its strangling effects on one’s health and not falling into its hoax. But the matter at hand does not solely lie in restricting someone to get into its habit but the actual agenda lies in helping people wean out of it.
