IMPACT OF BUDGET FUNDS ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF DEFENCE FINANCING. Monograph

      Аннотация: The subject of the author's monograph and research work is, in an integral sense, determining the relationship between needs and opportunities to finance tasks and activities set before the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Army. The author elaborated on the topic using a procedure that allows a detailed, systematic, scientifically evaluated and objective description of the entire defence financing system in the global sense, which he analytically divided and explained into segments in order to explain to the wider scientific community and to other readers. Also, determining the treatment of financial resources in the defence system and the impact on the sustainability of financing of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Army through budget funds. Based on the analysis of the current state of financing the expenditures of the defence system of the Republic of Serbia, the paper highlights the current theoretical knowledge and experience on the budget as an instrument for financing defence expenditures, on the other hand, innovative experiences of financing expenditures through allocative mechanisms in the form of newly established budget funds.
