THE PARADOX OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. EMPIRICAL LESSONS FROM GREAT BUNYORO KITERA KINGDOM

      Аннотация: The author came up with a paradigm shift of making the wrangles known and the motives of the people are behind these challenges. It is aimed at providing an a citing indication of Land Wrangles investigated in Uganda that is mandate by the decentralization policy. Land in Uganda is available asset and a factor of production, land values appreciates and does not depreciate like other assets. This comprehensive explore views on the causes of land wrangles within Great Lakes Region. This book as an initiative covers a qualitative-multiple case study and gives empirical evidence from Bunyoro Kingdom Uganda. The ideology in this book was informed by interviews, focus group discussions and documentary review methods facilitate the data collection process. The higher education system and policy context has feasible policies and plans that support the development of research in the country’s universities. However, the moilo land and Crown land policy context lacks proper mechanisms to engender practical development in Interclustrine region.
