Gadaa is an indigenous system which plays pivotal role for enforcing moral integrity, building social cohesion and peace building among the Oromo. The Gadaa system is also instrumental as it helps in nurturing and instilling every citizen with wisdom and skill to overcome any challenge and manage their resources properly so as to encourage the society to be more productive citizens. It also creates a system of strong cooperation and competition among the citizens so as to help them excel in continuous social improvement.
