      Аннотация: Plant seeds as natural source, considered as a part of human culture used by ancient peoples were showed increases during the last decade due to its contents of many chemical ingredients used as food, feed or in medicine. Plant seeds have rich nutritional and nutraceutical components used for protection against different diseases and associated with potential health benefits such as reduction of c?ncer risk and atherosclerosis. The consumption of some constituents of plant seed results in treated and protection against colon and hepatocellular carcinoma and showed anticancer and pharmacological effects in medicine. Oils extracted from seeds of different plant familys were found to have nutritional quality used as edible oil food ingredients in various food ietms and consumed in appreciable amounts in most diets of various regions in the world. Oils contain phytochemicals and fatty acids referred to as prebiotics, improving the health state of humans. Oils were found to be used in treatment of diabetes, cardiovascular and other various diseases. Seed oils have antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, antibacterial, antitumor, anticancer and antioxidant agents.
