It has defined and described the concepts and theories of conflict. It x-rayed the causes of conflicts locally and internationally and elucidated on the conflict management and resolution mechanisms with their practical processes and more.Apparent from the study is the fact that conflicts are inevitable in human society. No society exists without conflicts. There is nothing that destroys human progress, man’s inner peace and joy as conflicts. Nothing robs humanity of comfort as conflicts. Life in a conflict ridden human society is nasty, brutish and short, no progress, no industry, no development.In all human societies, justice is the secure foundation of true peace. And true peace demands truth as its foundation, justice as its rule, love as its driving force, and liberty as its atmosphere.
