      Аннотация: The novel is titled over my dead body. It divulged how the hatred has had been existed among people of different races. The farmer disliked and disapproved the relationship between his son, and the Black lady to wed each other. However, his wife and his daughter did not see anything is sinister when people, of different races fall in love. What it had been worsened the conjuncture to be disastrous was the new democratic government to govern. In this regard only two things prompted the White farmer to be ill emotionally, physically and cognitively; his son affair with a black lady. Secondly, the land of hid forebears to be confiscated away by Black government. Hence, he advocated his words to say OVER MY DEAD BODY. The White farmer and his crony believed the land belong to the White Afrikaners. It was due to the fact they often regard themselves as chosen nation by God. Hence, the and belonged to them aloof. Let alone to be under the hands of the Blacks. The first non racial democratic government had turned to be the great enigma to his life. Only demise could ever be the aftermaths. Death could be a remedial action for him and his crony.
