Background and Impact of Information and Communication Technology. In Education

      Аннотация: The most important elements of the progress of any society are the education and training of that society. On the threshold of the century of knowledge and information, any kind of planning and decision-making and in general any kind of reasonable vital activity, without the use of (up-to-date) information and the organization of information based on new technologies in the matter providing information will be far from the realities of the global society or in other words "Global village". The current age is called the information age, an age where life is not possible without information. An era when information is visible in every fabric of human life and the criteria of progress and development of human societies are determined by information and the extent of its achievement. The world we live in is called the age of communication. One of its characteristics is the amazing development of information and communication technology and the spread of the global information network, in order to increase the speed and quality in providing the best services.
