      Аннотация: Recently, the esthetic restoration and rehabilitation of posterior teeth and full arches has, through necessity, created a new paradigm and balance between operative “restorative” dentistry and prosthodontics. Many a times operator may get confronted with situations where direct restorations are not feasible and advisable. The treatment need is to fabricate restoration fulfilling functional and esthetic requirements keeping in mind the prevailing tooth tissue support and the patient’s choice.
