Аннотация: The legal system of Indonesia is distinct from the legal systems used in other nations because it was developed independently as a country. In accordance with the legal system of Continental Europe, sometimes known as Civil Law, Indonesia's judicial system operates. This is evident when looking at the history and politics of law, legal sources, and the structures that govern law enforcement. Countries in Europe, such as the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Germany, are among those that employ this method. Countries that were formerly under colonial rule, such as Indonesia and large portions of Asia and Latin America, have maintained this legal system. This book is made available to all readers in order to provide reviews and descriptions of how the legal system in Indonesia is. In addition to this, the book also provides a comparison of how Indonesia's legal system ranks up against the legal systems of other nations. This is done by the author so that readers from all over the world can obtain a better grasp of the nature of the legal system that is in place in Indonesia.
