Аннотация: This quantitative research using descriptive correlational survey ascertained the level of literacy of teachers towards distance learning modalities, classroom observation and teaching standard competence among public schools in General Santos City, Philippines, during the school year 2021-2022. The respondents of the study were the 500 secondary public school teachers. The stratified sampling procedure was utilized in determining the samples of the study. Results of the study showed that the teacher’s level of literacy towards distance learning modalities is high. Among the three modalities, modular distance learning is deemed to be the teacher-respondents' strongest. The level of classroom observations of teachers in the division of General Santos City had its significant differences based from the three observable indicators of the classroom observation tool used. Among the three, applying content of knowledge within and across the curriculum came first. Hence, the teacher-respondents of General Santos city division over-all extent of teaching standard competence was observed high in terms of qualitative remark.
