Аннотация: Separation of powers is a fundamental principle of modern democratic systems, intended to ensure that no single branch of government has too much power or control. This principle is enshrined in the constitutions of many countries around the world, including the United States, United Kingdom, India, and France. However, the way in which these countries have implemented the separation of powers varies significantly. This book provides a comparative analysis of the separation of powers in the USA, UK, India, and France. Each chapter focuses on a particular country, examining the history and evolution of the separation of powers principle, as well as the way it is currently implemented in practice. By comparing and contrasting the approaches taken by these countries, this book aims to shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of different models of separation of powers.
