Аннотация: In the mathematical with the new fuzzy-MOP model the following energy targets/aims are aimed: cost minimization of energy production, minimization of greenhouse gases emissions, minimization of usage of fossil fuels, minimization of the imported energy, maximization of energy efficiency of power plants and usage of renewable resources. In the study surveys/interviews were conducted with the energy managers & engineers (DM) working in public and private sectors about Turkey’s energy projects. As a result of surveys/interviews; 7 main criteria & 38 sub-criteria have been determined to select Turkey’s energy power plants/resources. In the study the weights of the renewable energy resources used in power generation and objective functions are determined by Fuzzy-AHP and Fuzzy-TOPSIS & Fuzzy-PROMETHEE methods, the mentioned methods are used the rankings of the renewable energy resources/usage of Turkey. Using MOP mathematical model, Turkey’s 20-years power generation plan between 2020 & 2040 is obtained, i.e. mainly based on Turkey’s renewable resources. With the scenario the percentage of usage of renewable energy resources used in Turkey’s power generation is increased by 82%.
