Аннотация: Hypomineralised enamel defects like molar incisor hypomineralisation are one of the common clinical problems and should thus be regarded as a public health problem which brings painful consequences, poor aesthetics and a negative impact on the quality of life. Good understanding about the etiology, early diagnosis by differentiating from other enamel defects and appropriate treatment are essential for the management of MIH so that the the child grows and develops in all aspects without any hurdles being laid down as a part of manifestation of this condition.
