Аннотация: First chapter focuses on the utilization of carbon nanotubes, in addressing air pollution. Carbon nanotubes, with their unique properties and structures, offer opportunities for environmental remediation and pollution control. They can be employed as nanomaterials in various applications, such as catalysts, to enhance the efficiency of pollutant removal and reduce emissions. This summary highlights the use of nanotechnology and carbon nanotubes as sustainable and clean technologies for combating air pollution and improving air quality.Second chapter highlights the potential of carbon nanotubes in enhancing the performance and efficiency of CMOS devices. Carbon nanotubes possess excellent electrical properties, such as high conductivity and low power consumption for nano CMOS applications. Their unique structure and properties enable the development of smaller, faster, and more energy-efficient devices.
