Аннотация: A scrupulous, well-illustrated, and highly informative book that explicates the comprehensive management of frequently occurring traumatic injuries to the teeth. Traumatic dental injuries represent a serious public dental health problem because of their unpredictability, frequency, functional, and esthetic disturbances that accompany them. There is, therefore, a need for a structured response that ensures the efficient handling of these injuries by providing good emergency care, appropriate treatment, and follow-up. Moreover, considering the negative influence of dental trauma on an individual’s quality of life, psychological, social problems, and cost of treatment, developing effective interventional strategies to deal with this issue is of prime importance. Dental trauma can be very challenging for clinicians also. Thus, this book lays major emphasis on effectively diagnosing, managing, and treating traumatic dental injuries that will lead to better clinical outcome and greater patient satisfaction henceforth safeguarding the integrity of the oral cavity and moving a step closer towards saving the traumatized teeth.
