Аннотация: There is a growing appreciation that very good HRM practices could have a direct effect on performance, be it organization, individual or team. For over twenty years, reports have indicated that HRM practitioners have used various approaches and platforms to demonstrate the relationship between human resources management (HRM) practices and performance in a company. HRM practices are related to various aspects of managerial functions that are involved in the recruitment and selection of personnel, training and development, compensation and reward, work-life balance, performance management, performance appraisal and conflict management. These practices are known to enhance the ability of staff in different areas in the organization to promote economic growth and competitive advantage of organization directly or indirectly. Leadership is an important managerial skill/ability which a person possesses/acquired and can use the skills/abilities to motivate and provide direction to subordinates to work harmoniously with the aim of accomplishing a common goal for the organization. Leadership style has been associated with the success or failure of an organization.
