So there is a lot of work to be done for both managers and employees. For managers, it will consist, first of all, of studying the world experience of personnel management. Many, without knowing this experience, deny the possibility of using it, referring to the specific characteristics of the existing organization.There are two management models in the world: Western (USA) and Eastern (Japan). The interaction and interaction of these models began a quarter of a century ago. Now we can talk about some universal features of the personnel management model, which includes Western and Eastern elements. Naturally, the use of certain management methods, regardless of their origin, requires changes, adaptation to the socio-economic and cultural characteristics of the country.
