      Аннотация: Long term success in endodontics is not due to single factor but relates to three aspects of treatment, which is termed the ―Endodontic triad. This includes instrumentation, disinfection and obturation.The goal for successful endodontic treatment has always been removal of vital and necrotic remnants of pulp tissue, debris generated during instrumentation, dentine smear layer, micro-organisms and micro-toxins from root canal system.This is achieved through irrigation which is chemo-mechanical debridement of organic and inorganic debris as well as microorganisms via irrigating solution, laser, antibacterial nanoparticles etc. This book compiles complete insight of various irrigation protocols, different irrigation solutions and their delivery systems.
