According to the developments of the last decade in the informatics industry, especially in the field of software, the use of computers in various organizations and administrative centers has grown a lot. And the ultimate goal for the management of an organization in the use of computers is quick access to information for strategic decisions to maintain and maintain high security. Therefore, information management plays an essential role in the application. Since the computer has been used as a tool for managers of centers and organizations, the organization of information has become more and more complete every day.
