      Аннотация: This monograph is devoted to the study of one of the important problems of social philosophy - the content and essence of human ecology, the important aspects and means of forming the ecological culture of a person and its practical and theoretical importance for the development of society. In the monograph, the philosophical issues of the fundamental changes in the institutional system created and improved in the society for the solution of the issue of human ecology during the democratic reforms in our country and in the new stage of development are studied. The author has included the philosophical aspects of the development of international cooperation, which are of great importance in the solution of environmental problems of our country. In it, the emergence, formation, accumulation of environmental problems and human social, the process of negative effects on the economic life and the effective activities carried out to eliminate them were analyzed. The study shows the accumulation of waste in the region, the environmental hazards caused by the Aral Sea disaster, and mitigation mechanisms.
