Soil and Microbes. Soil health and the importance of plant growth promoting microbes

      Аннотация: Agriculture is an important sector that continuously produces food for the increasing population. Today this sector is under pressure due to increasing population, urbanization, and industrialization. Soil is an infinite resource and it is an important part of agriculture and it is also important for humans. We totally depend on soil because most of the items we use on a daily basis are generated mostly from the soil that's why soil health management is important. This book is the study of soil health and the importance of plant growth promoting microbes (PGPM) in soil health management. The book begins with some basic information on soil health and different factors which mainly impact soil health. It then goes on to describe the importance of soil enzymes and the impact of agricultural chemicals on soil enzymes. This book deals with various types of PGPM which are important for soil. Thus, the book will be beneficial to agricultural microbiology students and researchers in general.
