Аннотация: The pulp tissue gets compromised but not destroyed by various factors such as substantial dental caries, dental trauma, restorative procedures or other reasons. The goal of endodontic treatment is to restore the structural, physiological, and mechanical integrity of the dentin-pulp complex when it becomes compromised Vital pulp therapy (VPT) is a treatment approach that focuses on preserving and maintaining the vitality of the pulp tissue when it is compromised but not completely destroyed. By preserving the pulp tissue and promoting its regeneration, vital pulp therapy contributes to maintaining the health and functionality of the tooth.This restoration not only relieves pain and controls infection but also preserves the natural tooth, improves oral function, and enhances the patient's overall well-being and quality of life.
