HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS IN TURKEY.

      Аннотация: The emergence of rapid changes in the technological field in recent years and the necessity of using computers and smart devices in daily life in the fields of business, communication, research and health have revealed. These changes and developments in technology are increasing the importance of information systems in health institutions. With the increase in digitalization, a rapid change and transformation towards a paperless hospital has emerged. It is important that health professionals working in the field of health have the necessary knowledge and skills about health information systems. The purpose of the Health Information Systems and Applications in Turkey is to provide information about health information systems, its development and applications by the Ministry of Health in the field of health information system in Turkey. This book consists 6 chapters. In the first part, Introduction to Health Information Systems and Basic Concepts, in the second part Historical Development of Health Information Systems, in the third part Early Period Between 1995-2002, in the fourth part Middle Period Between 2003-2013, in the fifth part Last Period Between 2014-Today and in the sixth part Special Systems For The Pandemic Period topics were examined.
