Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficacy & Impact on Academic Achievement. A Study on Final Semester Students of General Degree Colleges in West Bengal

      Аннотация: Emotional Intelligence has its roots in social science. It is an innate ability, which gives us our emotional sensitivity and our potential for healthy learning and developing managerial skills. Emotional intelligence is crucial for students' adjustment when they transition from secondary school to college of university. Self-efficacy is a personal judgment of how well one can execute courses of action required dealing with prospective situations. Self-efficacy is recognized as a characteristic that significantly influences students' learning outcomes.
