      Аннотация: Our mental process are directly involved in our life pattern in positive or negative way.Aim of this work it is to analyze some factor usefull to avoid negative thinking for psycological wellbeing and general health life.Not only the quality and kind of of this pattern is crucial but also the quantitative aspect .This work is based on various image that make more clear its meaning .Related the topic of this work it is of interest to observe various concept about cognitive distortion, mental traps, ruminations and also the concept of the “ Magnet of your mind”.All this concepts are relevant for our quality of life and wellness.The better understanding of this phenomena are right tools and they must to be considered during our lifetime.The way we choose in our life to fight events not favoreable is relevant for bypass verious problems .For this reason it is crucial to analyze negative thinking and role played in evolution of humans.
