Аннотация: This book has two sections. In Section 1, it explores three main challenges hindering women's active involvement in politics and offers a comprehensive analysis of effective strategies for enhancing their participation and representation. In Section 2, it explores the impact of women’s leadership on organizational performance in Africa. Section 1 - Exploring Strategies for Enhancing Women’s Political Participation and Representation. Women's political participation and representation have emerged as crucial aspects of modern democracies. Despite significant progress, gender disparities persist in many leadership roles including political spheres globally.Section 2 - Women's Leadership and Its Impact on Organizational Performance. Previous literature has shown that the impact of women in leadership positions within organizations has yielded tremendous positive results, skyrocketing these organizations to unimaginable heights. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, this section examines the ways in which women's leadership influences various aspects of organizational effectiveness, including financial performance, innovation, and employee engagement.
