      Аннотация: The author of this textbook, believing in the great and appreciated role-played by the university professors in enriching the movement of authoring, Arabization and translation of valuable engineering references and books. He hopes that this book will fulfill the requirements of bachelor programs, higher diploma and general diploma for students of mechanical engineering, production and manufacturing engineering, electrical and electronic engineering and civil engineering because it is of great importance in covering the courses of mechanical engineering instruments and measurement systems (i.e., mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, and electrical systems).This book agrees linguistically with the Unified Sudanese Engineering Dictionary, and is considered a reference in its field. It can benefit the student, engineer and researcher. Most of the material in this book is derived from lectures and notes composed in his teaching of this course for a period of just over thirty years.
