Alternatives to enhance esthetics in hybrid prosthesis.

      Аннотация: The dentist may be confronted in his daily practice with partially edentulous patients who seek to compensate for their edentulousness with a stable and functional prosthesis. The oral rehabilitation of a large edentulous ridge is complicated by mechanical and esthetic problems. The use of complementary retention devices supported by natural roots has many benefits on the prosthetic balance and the esthetic integration of the prosthesis. This therapeutic option requires a rigorous implementation and a correct choice of the retention systems better suited to the clinical situation.The aims of this book were to highlight alternatives to upgrade esthetics and functional integration of the removable prosthesis and to enhance patient's satisfaction and quality of life.
