Аннотация: The monograph examines issues of studying the pattern of oxidation of corn starch with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of FeSO4, establishing the influence of various factors on the physicochemical properties of modified starch. Study of structural, rheological changes in the oxidation process using various modern methods, as well as the influence of factors on the development of technological parameters for modifying starch by oxidation. Evaluation of some characteristic properties, comparison of the results obtained as a component of adhesives.The monograph is intended for researchers, specialists in the chemical, paper industries, teachers, students of universities specializing in chemistry, chemical technology.The monograph was discussed at the scientific, technical council of Bukhara State University, recommended for publication for reproduction.
