Therapeutic Potential of Berberine & Asiatic Acid in Mice. Phytochemistry, Pharmacology and Analgesic Activity of Berberine & Asiatic Acid in Mice

      Аннотация: The aim of the present research work was to formulation designing, in-vitro, and in-vivo analgesic activity in mice. In this research, we have evaluated the analgesic activity of Berberine & Asiatic acid in Mice. This book defining the medicinal value of Berberine & Asiatic acid. Readers will find an exhaustive note on the mechanism and pharmacological actions of plants. Toxicity evaluation of plants will provide the safety level of consumption for medicinal purposes. In this present study, various parameters were evaluated for the establishment of safety and effectiveness of combination therapy containing Berberine & Asiatic acid in Mice. Both the drugs in combination with their pre-determined ratios exhibited significant properties. The combinations 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1 doses of drugs show a significant increase in analgesic activity as compares to singly used drugs, it is maybe due to possible different mechanism of action of two drugs.
