      Аннотация: The book is a comprehensive and comparative study of the judicial system, the role of the judiciary and judicial independence in ensuring accountability, human rights, and good governance in the context of South Asia focused on Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. The main argument to select these three countries are all these were British colonies from 1757 to 1947 and emerged as independent states with the legacy of colonial administration and judicial system.This is a meticulous research work that would open a new window in the field of social science in general and Political Science, Public Administration, Public Law, and Governance in particular.
