The protection of human rights in the UN Charter. Escapes in Congolese prisons in 2017: causes, consequences and how to prevent

      Аннотация: 1. Airspace or atmosphere is the layer of air surrounding the Earth. There is controversy as to the delimitation between airspace and extra-atmospheric space. It should be said that the term air navigation is used to describe all aircraft movements.2. Since the Second World War, human rights have become a major part of political discourse. While the struggle for freedom from oppression and misery is probably as old as humanity itself, it was the enormity of the affront to human dignity during that war, and the need to prevent such horrors from happening again, that led to a renewed focus on the human being and resulted in the codification of human rights and fundamental freedoms at the international level. 3. The Congolese prison system faces a number of problems, including poor conditions of detention (lack of food, medical care, bedding, accommodation, etc.), dilapidated prison infrastructure, lack of separation of inmates, and prison escapes.
