Аннотация: The Truths of the Teaching Profession No one denies the value of education and that a good teacher is essential. But even though they want good teachers for their children, few parents want their children to be teachers. This shows that we recognise that the work of educating is hard, difficult and necessary, but that we allow these professionals to continue to be undervalued. Although they are poorly paid, have low social prestige and are blamed for the failure of education, many of them resist and remain passionate about their work. The date is an invitation to all of us - parents, students, society - to rethink our roles and attitudes, because with them we demonstrate our commitment to the education we want. Teachers are invited not to neglect their mission to educate, nor to lose heart in the face of challenges, nor to stop educating people to be "eagles" and not just "chickens". For if education alone does not transform society, without it, neither will society change.
