Аннотация: One of the characteristics of the current business environment is its dynamicity. Whereas, this the rapidly changing, complex and the rapid expansion of the business has made the business environment to be competitive. In the context of competitiveness, organizations must be more prepared to react to the challenges they have to face that threaten their survival. Therefore, competitiveness is achieved when setting customer based goals, meanwhile organizational performance is required to achieve the goal. Organizational performance refers to the degree to which the organization, with some informational, financial, and human resources, positions itself effectively on the business market. Further, Individual performance can influence the performance of the entire organization in the short, medium or long term in a positive or negative direction. Thus, job satisfaction is an important concept when thinking about performance.
