AWARENESS OF OTHERNESS IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENCOUNTER. A PHENOMENOLOGICAL VIEW OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION TEACHER

      Аннотация: "Otherness is the awareness of the individuality of one's being, one's own looking at oneself from a strange representation of oneself. Jean Paul Sartre (1905 - 1980), who used this term "to study in depth the existence of oneself through what would be the gaze of the other". The notion of otherness is common in philosophy and other sciences. It is about the recognition of the other as a different individual, who is part of the community and who allows us to believe in the existence of an autonomous individual who is aware of himself and his fellow men, who encourages respect for his person, his peers, his family and, why not, for nature.In this order of ideas, the development of awareness and knowledge of the dimensions of otherness in the life of education teachers is linked to very specific circumstances in which the achievement of personal interaction with respect for others, in attention to their needs and differences, should be the premise to be taken into account during the pedagogical encounter with their students, with fundamental actions to transmit emotions, knowledge, and to achieve good treatment of others.
