The ratio of faith and doubt in knowledge. Faith and doubts as states of the mental psyche, the dynamics of their relationship in practical knowledge, worldview, scientific research

      Аннотация: The theoretical understanding of the processes of consciousness is the most important condition for not only philosophical, but also scientific research. The question of the nature and relationship of faith and doubt becomes acutely controversial, since these states play an important role in analyzing the foundations of empirical and theoretical knowledge, in considering the features of worldview knowledge, the relationship between science and religion, as well as a wide range of issues related to practical activities. Faith and doubt have many types, forms and permeate all types of knowledge: from ordinary daily actions to complex scientific research. Analysis of the entire spectrum of various interpretations and attitudes towards these states involves an appeal to the history of philosophical thought, its detailed consideration, as well as the use of the latest results of scientific knowledge.
