      Аннотация: In absence of the on-site measurements at the time that this study was preapred (2010), author has decided to rather go on with theoretical data, which he recieved based on 8 year measurement form the regional Meteorological centers and already processed through Computer Modeling MM5. The study's main aim was to make an analysis based on theoretical data, where environmental, spatial and technical constraints were taken into consideration. In order to have a more realistic and to serve as a pilot study for upcoming wind energy analysis in Kosovo, author have chosen to take, certain type of wind turbine of certain producer as a model for detailed economical analysis based on 2010 data.
