Аннотация: Confronted with the emergence of the healthcare industry and the increasing demand for excellent service providers, it is necessary to understand how patients perceive healthcare service providers and what influences patient satisfaction and retention. So, this research focuses on service takers expectations from a good hospital and perception after receiving the service from Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara.
