Аннотация: CSR has been in the agenda of many firms for a long time. Throughout this research, the author investigates CSR activities that influence the franchisor’s performance in Austria by differentiating between promotional and institutional CSR activities. The results of this study provide support for the conclusion that there is a positive impact of institutional CSR activities on the franchisor’s performance.
