Аннотация: It was found college students lack necessary skills which make them employable in worldwide market. In India, still institutes are bridging the gap between corporate and college. Training and Development plays a vital role in honing the employability skills of the students. Training and development improves eight dimensions which include interactive skills, problem-solving, decision making skills, continuous learning orientation, enterprising skills and other analytical skills. Training and development also inculcate the seeds of ethical leadership and incorporate goal-oriented behavior in students. With the help of this book the author will try to touch all the necessary aspects of training and development which make students more employable.
