Аннотация: The impact of training and development on workers productivity in service delivery, highlights the quality of training and development that is given to workers, these training are significant because it helps to increase their work productivity. When an employee have the proper information that is needed to carry out their duties, they tend to do an excellent job thereby driving the firm forward. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a tool that should be properly utilized in the public sector, this would help in time management and quality control. Collaboration among workers also helps to form good teamwork, giving the public sector a more robust service delivery.
