      Аннотация: People of all segments in every society are aware that they have to work to earn their livelihood and to lead a reasonable level of satisfied life irrespective of their job status or positions. But it does not happen because they have to work under different conditions and situations varied physical and emotional responses when requirements of their jobs do not match with one’s capabilities, available resources and the needs of an employee as a result of it they may develop the feeling of suffocation and health-related problems. The mismatch that takes place between the nature of the job, job demands, abilities to work successfully, needs and desires of the employees, it is to be mentioned that most of the stress-causing factors are related to the workplace. It observed that the poor working conditions at the workplace causing physical stress among employees that includes poor illumination, improper ventilation, high level of humidity, the unsuitable temperature at the workplace, physical comfort, lack of facilities, excessively long working hours, undisputable workload and so on.
