Talent Management Practices for “Generation Y” Teachers.

      Аннотация: This book examines the various issues that have come into being as result of state government’s policy of sanctioning engineering colleges to private parties without any specific criteria. In India, activities of the education system have been mostly funded and directed by the state. Liberalisation of educational services under General Agreement on Trade and Services in the year 2005 has posed major challenges to the state supported educational institutions. A Talent management model is developed for improving the talent management system. The Develop-Deploy-Connect model should be at the core of an organization’s talent strategy. By focusing on these three elements, organizations can generate capability, commitment, and alignment in key workforce segments, which in turn improve business performance. the book will help in streamlining and reshaping talent management programmes to meet the emerging challenges in the professional education sector and there by building the nation by contributing the socially and ethically committed future generations.
